This student apartment complex started with a complete demolition of an existing structure, then building from the ground up. With a quad style living plan, amenities included open decks, third floor common area with a sun deck and landscaped planters, and plenty of parking space for bikes and cars. A key-fob entry system and outdoor surveillance cameras were installed for added safety.
