Slayden Homes was the Project Manager on this job. That entailed working with city officials on project approval and the owner on keeping the project on schedule, on budget, and consistent with the original vision. Slayden also worked with the architect on the design for the units and club house, both interior and exterior, as well as the playground and landscaping. Slayden was responsible for soliciting bids for the entire project.
