When River Terrace needed a “face lift” they called Slayden Homes to make the Tenant Improvement (TI). The project included stripping much of the old building down to the sheetrock, moving walls and dropping ceilings. This created a clean slate for improvements such as a remodeled kitchen, and offices with Slayden’s signature built-ins. Also, rock work both inside and out, with an interior water feature and exterior landscaping. Most notable was a new vaulted entryway meant to welcome and impress.
